6. Termination of Access
RK Vidhyapeeth reserves the right to terminate your access immediately, without notice, if you are found in breach of the Intellectual Property or Single User Access clauses.
7. Jurisdiction & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Kota, Rajasthan. Any legal proceedings must be filed exclusively in the courts located in Kota, Rajasthan.
